THE WAR HOUNDS // DADDY'S FOURTH。
( joshua larue. )	DADDY'S ADORABLE NEW BOYFRIEND. One would think that Tala might be a bit upset at the fact that her beloved father, Hikaru Shinta, has gone off to lie with another man, and Mr. Mordechai, her beloved Daddystair, has been left to deal all on his lonesome with cold beds for at least two lifetimes. The truth of the matter is, beyond the fact that Tala loves them both, she also knows that her surrogate fathers in the Vigil being apart is the best possible thing for them to be right now. Besides, Josh is cute! She really loves the fact that he's scared of her, by the way.
( yulia bostova. )	THE HOTTEST RUSSIAN ICE QUEEN EVER. ...But that is only because Tala is not Russian, because if she was, that would mean that she would be the hottest ever. On a more serious note, though, Tala is a bit surprised over the fact that she actually cares about this one. She had only approached her before for Brianna's sake (she wasn't about to let a lack of fashion sense ruin her bestie's birthday!). Funny how fate works, huh? Or maybe she should blame Setsuna for that.
( estanislao marisigan iii. )	TOHRU'S WEIRD OLD MAGE THING. No, she is not about to question Tohru's judgment - at least on the level of prowess, potential, drive, conviction, and all of those boring Vigil things. What she CAN question, of course, is his sense of aesthetics. The LEAST he could have done was pick someone good-looking, or someone younger, or someone who didn't have the same disgusting habits as Drake Badd. However, it did not escape her notice how he "slipped" to Josh about Daddy's feelings. That move, she approves of.
( brigade. )	ZANGYAKU'S AMERICAN BOY SCOUT. Honestly, she finds people like Brigade so BORING. Either they're all about the fight, or they're all about restrictive and small-minded things like ethics and morality and what's right. She also had to roll her eyes over how he seems to think that his experience mirrors her Daddy's (because nobody could ever compare to that in Tala's eyes) and how he's been sidling up a little too often to Kasumi (c'mon: really?). The long and short of it is, she's yet to see something in Brigade that strikes her - she eventually saw that in Elias, which was precisely why she ended up getting married to him. Good intentions can only go so far before they start fucking people up.
( brianna lopez. )	DON'T GET ME STARTED. She is still angry. Tala and Selene brought Brianna to Arcadia so that she could help them out, learn more about herself, and practice at becoming something closer to what the Vega twins were already doing - that is, Changeling Keepers of the Vigil who have kept one of their feet in the Human World, and another in Arcadia. She had not brought the girl to the land of the Gentry just to have her decide that she belonged there, and therefore had to leave everyone - especially Brianna's own mortal family, AND their Vigil Daddy. They've hashed it out, all right, and yes, she understands, but that does not mean that she has to like it. Like, at all. Has she mentioned how she's still angry?
( karlo antonio zobel de ayala. )	DADDYSTAIR'S FOREVER PUPPY. Honestly, she doesn't get why everyone was making such a big fuss about the Wings of Therion. She pinned Kaz right away back then: a rich, whipped kid who was looking for a quick way to be special. In her eyes, paying attention to how he had the Wings was just going to stroke his ego, and welp! True enough, South Korea happened! To be fair, he's improved immensely (even she has to acknowledge that, with her justifiably high standards), and he does appear to have grown up some (trust her: she can smell "NOTICE ME!!!" vibes from like, a thousand miles away, and he doesn't reek of those anymore), but all of that isn't enough to get Tala to pay any more attention to him than she already has.
